How much time does this take each week?
Less than you'd think — and that's by design. If you can protect one to two focused hours a week between calls, that's plenty. We're not spreading your attention thin; with a clear roadmap already in place, that time goes straight at the one thing that moves the needle that week. Most clients feel the shift — time coming back, not more piled on — within the first six weeks.
What if I haven't hit consistent revenue yet?

Is this group coaching?

Do you actually build this stuff, or is it on me?
Neither, exactly — and this is where most people misread the program. I'm not handing you a to-do list of systems to go build alone. We start with your ICA, your brand voice, and the messaging that actually gets you known and paid — the part almost nobody nails on their own. From that clarity, we look at your business together and identify what can be automated, delegated, or eliminated. Most of that is a blind spot right now, because you're too close to your own business to see it. Then we build it — together, in our calls. You leave with systems built for how you actually sell and who you actually serve, not a generic template you're left to force into place.
I already have a team — will this actually help me delegate more?
More, not less. This is exactly why the order matters: message first, systems second. Without clear positioning, a documented voice, and real SOPs, you can't hand things off — you end up rewriting everything your team touches because nothing is defined enough to delegate.
